Our Jewellery & Materials

Ocean Setch creates interchangeable, ocean-inspired jewellery designed to evolve with you.

Due to the natural and handcrafted nature of our pieces, slight variations in colour, texture, shape, and finish may occur. This is part of the uniqueness of each piece and not considered a fault.

Some designs may include natural or shell-inspired elements, meaning no two pieces are exactly the same.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability issues.

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible due to fast processing times.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required at checkout. We use secure third-party payment providers to process all transactions safely.

Shipping

Processing and delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Store credit may be offered for eligible returns in accordance with our Returns Policy.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged if worn.

Faulty items will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and may be eligible for repair, replacement, refund, or store credit.

Jewellery Care

Ocean Setch jewellery is designed for styling and layering, but it should still be treated with care.

Exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals may affect plating and natural finishes over time. We recommend removing jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising.

General wear and tear, tarnishing due to lack of care, or accidental damage is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Interchangeable Design Use

Our jewellery is designed to be modular and interchangeable. Customers are responsible for ensuring pieces are assembled and worn correctly.

We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use, excessive force, or improper attachment of charms and components.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including branding, images, designs, text, and product concepts — is the property of Ocean Setch and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ocean Setch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
