We currently ship within Australia and selected international destinations.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During collection launches, sales periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Estimated delivery times:

Australia: 2–8 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Please note that customs processing may cause additional delays for international orders.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply to international orders.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays, lost packages or carrier issues. However, we will always do our best to assist you in locating your parcel.
